Weekly Round-Up 27th March - 3rd April

Players still being signed

Despite the global footballing restrictions, which we fully support, we have still been able to help players prepare for next season. The most exciting signings have been the announcement of two confirmed players for our new MBA course alongside full-time football at our brand new Soccer University starting in September 2020. With limited spaces available, these new signings will be able to further their education by obtaining a masters degree whilst also pursuing their dream of playing full-time football with our partner club Alicante City FC in the Spanish leagues. They will be training with UEFA certified coaches, studying an MBA with personal tutors, and living with their teammates in a luxury Spanish villa with food provided all included in the course fee.

Our consultants have also carried on working tirelessly with their daily schedules full of meetings with players and clubs as well as coaches and colleges. There are some players who may think there is no way to prepare for when the football season begins anew and that there are no new opportunities available…..don’t be one of those players and plan for your future now!

Soccer Smart online exposure

Even though we have been working from home, we have continued to help players and forge relationships with clubs and colleges via video conferences, phone calls, and our social media platforms. Soccer Smart Womens is one example of of how we are still able to help our players during this crisis. With female football growing year after year (and rightly so!), we are growing with the constant increase in demand for female players. Having already been asked to write an article a week ago, we are continuing to be contacted and make contact with coaches, colleges, organisations, and new prospective players. The football season will start again when it is safe to do so, meaning clubs are still looking for players with soccer in Australia and soccer scholarships in the USA drawing lots of attention.

Over in Spain at our Spanish Soccer Academy, we continue to stay in contact with current and prospective players, offering consultations to help them plan for the future. This contact has been reflected by a large increase in our social media followers as we look to provide opportunities to players from all over the world and help them achieve their dream of playing football professionally.
