You as a player:

Technical

Luca is comfortable on the ball and showed good ability when in possession.
He predominantly plays on his right foot and shows good technique to play simple and quickly when under pressure. As well as his dribbling, he showed good ability to support play and to get involved with attacks as much as possible.

Tactical

Luca has a good understanding of his role and responsibilities playing as a Wide Midfielder. In possession Luca is very positive in driving forward with the move and looking to create opportunities.
Out of possession, Luca stayed high and wide ready to receive the ball when his team regained possession.

Physical

Although Luca has a Slim athletic build, he looks in good physical shape to be able to get up and down the wing in the roles he plays. As part of his development he must learn how to use his strength and power to control situations where force is required, this will come in time with a separate training/strength and conditioning plan.

Intelligence

As stated in previous sections, Luca has a good understanding of the game as a whole. This understanding allows Luca to be in a good position to receive the ball and create a 1v1 with the defender.

General comments

Luca showed a good desire to get on the ball during the showcase and really impressed with his confidence to play forward when possible or play the simple pass when required.
An area to improve on, based on the showcase itself would be to work a bit more on his end product, this could be a cross, shot or even a one-two exchange with the striker, as a winger or a striker he will always be judged in these areas, especially if he is to progress.

Overall Summary

I believe Luca has many of the qualities required to progress in football. He showed an excellent attitude on the pitch and was very polite to all the coaches. As previously stated, there are elements of his game to improve but as long as these areas are worked on then I can see no reason why Luca cannot improve further as a player.
