You as a player: I started my Career at 6 years of age. I started locally at a grassroots team called Fulledge Colts Fc where i played as a central midfielder up until the age of 12 having trials at many different professional academies such as Burnley, Blackburn, Accrington Stanley and Bradford. I captained this team for many years only losing the league title and cup once. We also travelled to Amsterdam and Belgium for three different tournaments and won both in Holland and came runners up in Belgium beating a professional academy, Milton Keynes Dons. I then decided to play for Burnley Belvedere where I chose to play a year up from my age category. in this year we won the league and cup in which I scored the winning penalty. From there I signed for Nelson Fc with a lot of my old team teammates and managers from Fulledge Colts. This is where I personally feel as though I progressed considerably and really started to develop as both a player and person in the youth team, I started playing as a centre back and enjoyed it whilst also playing very well against tougher opponents. I was also given the opportunity to captain this team and we again won the league and cup twice scoring many goals along the way. The most famous win being in the cup final at Bolton wanderers stadium where we were 1-0 down until the 95th minute where we equalised and went on to win it on Penalties. The first team then noticed how well some of us were playing in the youth setup which meant we were given opportunities in the first team, this included myself where I then went on to make 20 appearance's at a semi professional level at the age of 16 receiving Man of the match awards in a couple of the games. I also played for my school team at this point and had played very well in a cup game and was asked by Professional club Fleetwood town Fc to go down for a trial at their place, this did not work out for me, however, I was then asked by Padiham Fc who are currently a league above Nelson to go and join them, I am still learning and developing as a player I have made appearances with Padiham's first team whilst also playing for the Under 23's where we are currently top of the league and in another cup final. I am hoping to develop my skills even further abroad, this includes my ability on and off the pitch where I will carry on to take any advice given on board and give one hundred percent as always.
